How Ask a Clinician works:
- Download the 360Health Virtual Care app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
- Enter the code CARE in the Membership/Customer number field.
- Submit your medical questions and you’ll receive a response from a medical expert within one business day.

1. The term ‘family’ consists of your children, partner, parents and parents in-law.

3. Both Mental Wellness services are only available in respect of persons aged 18 years and above.
