Caring for your mental wellness

360Health takes a holistic approach to wellbeing with two flexible, personalised Mental Wellness support pathways.³ The Mental Wellness Coaching Program can identify causes and provide strategies and tools to overcome burnout and overwhelm, while Mental Health Assist gives you quick access to psychologists and psychiatrists to discuss symptoms and diagnoses.

You have access to 360Health as a CareSuper member or if you are the children, partner, parents, or parents in-law of a CareSuper member. To use a service, book a consult using the form on this page. Select the services you are interested in to get a call back from Teladoc to understand the next steps. 

No, you do not need a referral to use 360Health. The service is designed to provide targeted health and wellbeing advice, but it shouldn't replace your GP. 

Consultations for 360Health services are all virtual, so you can easily access your appointments from wherever you are. While the sessions are all virtual, there’s no requirement to turn on your camera if you don’t want to; your comfort comes first. 

Teladoc Health is a global leader in virtual healthcare services. They’ve partnered with MetLife 360Health to connect you with specialists who will provide the guidance, support, and care you need.

How Ask a Clinician works: 

  1. Download the 360Health Virtual Care app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account. 
  2. Enter the code CARE in the Membership/Customer number field. 
  3. Submit your medical questions and you’ll receive a response from a medical expert within one business day.
