MetLife 360Health provides virtual access to professional medical services, all from the comfort of your own home and at no extra cost to you. Awarded Best Overall Health and Wellbeing Program 20231, 360Health services include mental health support, expert medical opinion, nutrition support, and fitness and recovery support.

Mental health assist

Book an in-depth mental health review by a team of Australian experts and receive ongoing support. You need to be 18 years or older to access this service.


Second medical opinion

Request a second opinion on any medical condition from global experts and specialists. They’ll review your medical files and provide their clinical opinion and treatment recommendations.


GP online

Ask a question online and have it answered from a general practitioner (GP), mental health clinician, or paediatrician within 24 hours.


Nutrition consultation

Access a qualified dietitian to talk through your nutritional goals and build a personalised plan.


Fitness and recovery

Seek advice and a personalised plan from an exercise physiologist to improve your fitness or recover from an injury or illness.
