Grant’s desire to make a difference in the lives of employers and members is backed by more than 15 years’ experience in financial services. Grant is passionate about super, and strives to lead his team to deliver exceptional service to our partners.
His previous roles have been in relationship and partnership management and managing distribution teams. Grant holds an RG146 qualification and has completed a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Science at University of Waikato.
Over the last 7 years, he and his team have focused on supporting and empowering members to make the best decisions about their super. He focuses on the individual motivations and challenges of his team, fostering high performance and interpersonal engagement to create a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and empowerment.
