Adrian Sanzaro
Adrian has a career spanning over 21 years oriented in service and growth roles within financial services. He enjoys the challenges that come with delivering exceptional service to our members and employers. Over the last 7 years, he and his team have focused on supporting and empowering members to make the best decisions about their super. He focuses on the individual motivations and challenges of his team, fostering high performance and interpersonal engagement to create a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and empowerment.
Grant Wood
Grant’s desire to make a difference in the lives of employers and members is backed by more than 15 years’ experience in financial services. Grant is passionate about super, and strives to lead his team to deliver exceptional service to our partners. His previous roles have been in relationship and partnership management and managing distribution teams. Grant holds an RG146 qualification and has completed a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Science at University of Waikato.
Matthew Norton
With more than 22 years’ experience in financial services, Matthew knows a thing or two about super. Prior to commencing his role with CareSuper, he started his career as a Financial Planner with Westpac. He has an extensive background in super, holding positions with several industry funds and most recently as a Client Partnership Executive.Matthew holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is passionate about helping employers improve the financial well-being of their employees. He understands the demands of the ever-evolving super landscape and takes great pride in guiding them through change.
Anna Nguyen
Anna understands the value of genuine relationships. Her curious and caring nature helps her readily understand the needs of clients to impart a high degree of advice and support. Anna’s worked as a recruiter with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service, and most recently, as a Business Development Executive with American Express, where she was responsible for developing strategies to support her clients and building strong relationships across the business. In her role with CareSuper, Anna strives to help employers communicate the value of super to their employees in achieving strong retirement outcomes.
Sue Keomoungkhoun
Sue’s passionate about super, especially partnering with employers to improve their employees’ financial wellbeing. She has more than 12 years’ business development experience in financial services. Before her role at CareSuper, Sue was a Business Development Manager at another industry super fund. She’s also held business development roles at Duly & Associates, IOOF and Bridges Financial Services. Sue holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently studying for a Master of Applied Finance.
Bronwyn Barling
Bronwyn is well-equipped to help you with your super questions, with close to three decades experience in the financial services industry. Prior to her role with CareSuper, she worked as a Business Development Manager at ME Bank and as a Client Relationship Manager at another industry fund. She has completed RG146 training and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (Superannuation & Retirement). As a Client Partnership Manager, Bronwyn works hard to make sense of your current super situation and the opportunities available to you. She strives to nurture engagement with super in members, and is there to help employers implement super solutions at a business level.
Clarke Smith
Clarke understands the importance of superannuation in every work-place. With his experience and qualifications, Clarke can help take the complexity out of super. He enjoys working with employers who take a real interest in their staff’s financial well-being. Clarke holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, Bachelor of Business Management and HR and has completed RG146 training.
Tyronne Footman
With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Tyronne can help you take care of your super. For Tyronne, the most rewarding part of working with CareSuper members is helping them build their financial confidence. He aims to help members understand what their current super options could mean for their life after work, and to provide them with the right education and support to help them achieve their goals. He’s especially proud to work with an industry fund like CareSuper.
Rohan Harrington
Rohan knows super, having worked in the industry for over 10 years. He has a range of qualifications under his belt including a Bachelor of Business and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). He also holds Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualifications. For Rohan, nothing’s more rewarding than working with CareSuper members. He’s passionate about helping members engage with their super and finances so they can make the most out of their situation. He welcomes all questions around super, no matter how simple or complex they may be.
Sash Mircevski
With over ten years’ experience in the financial services industry, Sash is well equipped to help you with your super. Prior to his role at CareSuper, he worked as a financial planner and as an account manager for another industry fund. As an Employer Relationship Manager, Sash is passionate about helping members understand what their super account means for them. He wants his clients to feel empowered to make decisions that could make a real difference in their future, such as through their investment choice or level of insurance cover.
Saud Sahi
Saud brings a wealth of knowledge to his work at CareSuper, with over five years’ experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business and a Masters in Professional Accounting. As an Employer Relationship Manager, Saud strives to develop valuable relationships with his clients, and to help them make sense of their options. He firmly believes that superannuation is an important part of every Australian’s life and is passionate about helping members understand what they can do now to achieve a comfortable retirement.
Reno Baldacchino
Reno brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at CareSuper, with over 19 years’ experience in the finance sector. Prior to working at CareSuper, he spent 11 years at ME as a State Business Development Manager. Reno is RG146-qualified and passionate about super education. He makes super manageable for employers by providing them with the right resources for their workplace.
Anna Micari
Anna believes super is a crucial part of planning for a rewarding life in our later years. With more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and super, she knows how careful financial planning and education about super can help members achieve their financial goals. Anna has a Bachelor of Commerce, Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is RG146 qualified. She’s held several strategic management, education and coaching roles across superannuation and financial planning. Through these roles she’s developed a passion for quality training and recently completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Scott Harris
Scott is a veteran of the super industry with extensive experience in a variety of roles including administration, business development, trustee and employer servicing. Scott particularly enjoys developing relationships with employers and strives to provide exceptional service to his clients.
Diedre Bell
With over 20 years in the super industry, Diedre has extensive client experience and is proud of the strong working relationships she has forged with many large and small employers across Queensland. Diedre is committed to helping employers understand their super obligations and providing essential support, so they can focus on running their business.
Randolph Nevis
Randy is based in Adelaide and has worked in super for over 25 years. He loves to use his international experiences to engage with members from all backgrounds and circumstances. For employers, Randy is available to organise onsite training, development, and advice sessions to suit your business needs. He gets a real kick out of helping businesses find simple solutions for their super needs while creating new opportunities for workers to secure a comfortable retirement.
Brooke Goff
Brooke has worked in the super industry for over 16 years and is an experienced Relationship Manager and Corporate Super Adviser. She believes in using creativity, professionalism and integrity to form lasting relationships with all clients and applies this to all aspects of her life. She has a passion for education, and this drives her to help employers and members take charge of their financial futures.
Marijana Vulesica
Marijana lives in northern Sydney and supports businesses through northern NSW. Marijana has worked in super for over 20 years and loves empowering people to make informed decisions about their financial futures. She works closely with employers to help you understand your super obligations and tailor services to fit your needs. Marijana is also available to coordinate onsite group or one-on-one education and advice sessions for your employees to help them get the most out of their super.
Colleen Harbod
Colleen has over 30 years of experience in super and is dedicated to supporting employers to satisfy their requirements and helping members reach their retirement goals. Colleen looks after the Tasmanian State Government portfolio as well as other employers in Tasmania and is especially passionate about helping close the super gender gap.
Mike Dalton
Mike Dalton has 30 years of experience in the super industry. Mike loves working with employers to improve staff engagement and understanding of super and develop an ongoing activity plan to help members achieve their best possible retirement outcomes. Mike works extensively with employers from all industries across Tasmania.
Nick Rossetto
Nick has worked in financial services for over 17 years. Based in Tasmania, he enjoys making the super process as easy as possible for employers and loves chatting to members contemplating life after full-time work.
Tim Lambert
Tim has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years, specialising in account management, member education, business development and financial planning. A former Superannuation Adviser, Terry now runs our popular webinar, seminar, and pop-up store education program to help members better understand their super investments, retirement and insurance options.
Justin Miles
With over 11 years’ experience in the super industry, Justin understands the needs of super members. As a Member Education Specialist, he’s passionate about improving the financial future of members and making the most complex super-related subjects, easy to understand. Prior to his role at CareSuper, Justin worked as a Training Leader and Sales Coach at Colonial First State, where he sharpened his technical communication skills. Most recently, he was a Member Education Manager at the Commonwealth Bank. He holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MCI Solutions, is RG146 qualified and is completing his Diploma of Training Design and Development with Plenty Training.
Darren Gilby
For over half of his 35-year career, Darren has been dedicated to educating individuals about finance and, in particular, superannuation, to help them improve their financial outcomes.
Martin Inserra
Martin is passionate about empowering members to improve their retirement outcomes. And with over 10 years of super experience, he has plenty of expertise to share. His technical knowledge of industry funds spans the many positions he’s held at CareSuper, and in sales and customer service roles in the UK. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) and is RG146 qualified. He has a strong background in super education and helping members to better prepare for retirement.
