How to gain access to your clients’ accounts
Write to us
Your client can complete our Authority to access information form or use your own form. If you’re using your own form, remember to provide a certified copy of your clients’ ID to support this request and email the completed form to [email protected].
Need access quickly?
Your client can call 1800 005 166 and advise us that they authorise you to access information on their behalf. Your client will need to provide us with your business name, AFSL and contact information.

CareSuper and Spirit Super Merger
On 1 November, CareSuper and Spirit Super merged to create a new fund that will continue to be called CareSuper. The new fund, with more than 573,000 members and over $53 billion in funds under management, brings together the best CareSuper and Spirit Super have to offer in value and experience.

The following FAQs are designed to support you and your advice during our transition.
- Read copies of the Super, Pension and Transition to Retirement Significant Event Notices (SENs) and the supporting detail on the Member Merger hub.
- Complete any transactions before the start of the Limited Service Period (LSP) on 22 October 2024. If you anticipate your client may need to transact during our LSP, please contact your BDM (their details can be found below).
