Spirit and Care — super together

Welcome to your bigger and stronger profit-to-member fund. CareSuper and Spirit Super have now successfully come together, and we’re thrilled to launch to all our members and employers around the country.

With a combined history of over 70 years, we’re proud to continue the legacy of genuine care from both funds. This philosophy extends to everything we do at CareSuper, so you can benefit from innovative products and tools, expert advice, competitive fees and strong long-term returns.#

Our only aim is to help you build a better and more confident retirement. And now with $53 billion in assets we’re big enough to make a difference to your super, but still small enough to care—so you always come first.

For decades we've helped hundreds of thousands of Australians grow their super.

Retirement confidence starts today

Jason Murray, the new CEO of CareSuper, says “It’s an exciting time to be a member as we focus on building on the excellent work we’ve already done to bring the funds together. We’re looking forward to maximising both of our strengths as we step into the future. CareSuper continues to be in a great position to provide strong long-term performance and award-winning service to help our members retire with confidence.” Hear from Jason and other staff about the CareSuper difference and how we can help you have a more confident tomorrow.

The limited service period continues until 21 November

While the two funds have officially come together, there’s still a lot happening behind the scenes as we safely merge our data and services.

Your access to Member Online is temporarily paused until 21 November. Transaction and investment processing are also paused until this date. We’re working hard to minimise disruptions until then, and you can still contact us for any urgent questions.

We’ve got everything covered

Rest assured, your super is safe and will remain invested during this transition period. From 21 November onwards, you’ll be able to log in to your Member Online account to view your account balance and transaction details. We’ll also resume transaction processing on 21 November.

Keep an eye out for your welcome pack in the coming weeks which will confirm your account details in the merged fund.

We’re here to help

For more information on the merger, what’s changing and what you can expect for the rest of the limited service period, visit our merger hub or take a look at the recent communications we’ve sent you. You can also register for an upcoming webinar and get to know us by exploring our new website.

And if you’d like to speak to us about your account, call us on 1800 005 166

There may be longer wait times while we’re setting everything up, but we’ll work hard to get back to you as soon as possible.
