1. Get to know your super

Gain instant access to all your super needs – including your balance, investments, insurance cover (if eligible) and annual statements. Log in to MemberOnline. It’s quick, easy and secure.

2. See how your super’s tracking

Curious about how your super balance compares to others your age and whether you're on the way to a comfortable retirement? Explore our Super balance comparison tool and see how you’re tracking.

3. Check we’ve got your correct contact details

We wouldn’t want you to miss out on any important updates to your super. Head to the ‘Personal details’ section in MemberOnline to check or update your contact details, so we can keep in touch.

4. Find and combine your super

Keep all your super together and roll any other super into your CareSuper account. One account. One set of fees. What’s not to love?^

5. Invest your super to match your goals

You have 12 investment options to choose from, each with different targets for returns and levels of investment risk. Or, take control with our Direct Investment option. If you want to change your investments or not sure which option(s) is best for you, our financial planners are here to help – and it’s all part of your membership.*

6. Check your employer is making super contributions

Employers are required to pay super guarantee (SG) contributions to eligible employees at least 4 times per year. It’s a good idea to check you’re being paid the super you’re entitled to, by navigating to the ‘Account activity’ section in MemberOnline.

7. Contribute a little extra

You can make a one-off super contribution or set up a regular, ongoing payment through your employer or financial institution. How do you make a personal super contribution? Well, you’re spoilt for choice:

  • BPAY®. View your BPAY number in the personalised details section in MemberOnline or contact us on 1300 360 149
  • Payroll deduction (if your employer offers this option)
  • Cheque. Complete the Contribution form, attach your cheque and send to CareSuper, Locked Bag 20019, Melbourne Vic 3001.

Salary sacrificing is another way to grow your super, and it could even save you on tax. Download the Contribution authority form and give it to your employer.

We’ll need your tax file number (TFN) on record before we can accept contributions from you and remember to check the super contribution limits set by the government.
